Investigators believe that Morgan was operating the forklift when the tragic accident occurred, and that he had fallen off of the forklift and then was run over by it. The tragic and unfortunate workplace accident is now being investigated by the local Perry Police Department and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
